The exact amount of shipping will be specify by an online bill before the payment procedure begins . It specifies the actual amount of product/s & shipping charges separately.     When you place the order, Tokenz will send you e-mail confirming each order registered with us. So e-mail id should be valid. E-mail also indicates your order number that can be used later for checking the status.
  • Actual delivery time for an order
    Tokenz provides you the facility to deliver your order on a particular date. While placing your order online, You can simply select the date on which you want to deliver the gift. We will deliver your gift on the specified date provided it gives us a minimum of six working days after securing your payment. It is actually happened in two steps, Tokenz deliver the product to Courier Company and Courier Company deliver the products to the destinations. So as shipping time is concerned, it means the time to deliver the products to Courier Company that is normally 1-3 working days. In this you should add the transportation time taken by Courier Company which is again 1-3 days depending upon the destination. Please be clear that no shipment is possible from Tokenz on Sundays or any other public holidays due to the unavailability of our fulfillment partners.

How To Create User Account
If you are a new user, you have to create your account first so that you can be registered with Tokenz. Order Placing On Tokenz

How To Track Order Status
On Tokenz you can track your order to know the current status. You can track your order by logging in to 'My Account' and click on 'Order History' option. All the orders placed on Tokenz have to follow a systematic procedure as Processing, Processed before it finally enters to the 'Shipped' state:

a) Processing: First stage which is the default status for your order and it comes as soon as order is placed.
b) Processed: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. We are ready with the product to deliver it as per your specifications.
c) Shipped: Means that your order has been successfully shipped from our end.
d) Cancelled: Means that your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods due to some constraints.

Canceling an Order
1. You can cancel your orders until those have not entered in the shipping process. You can cancel your orders till they are in the processing mode. If an order entered in processed mode then you can not cancel it.
2. To cancel an order, you have to login, just click on My Account link in the top right of any page on the site. After login, 'My Account' page is displayed where you have to click on 'Order History' link to see the details of your placed order. To cancel your order you can click on 'Enquire' link relating to that particular order, a webpage with a text area & Submit button displayed, type your request for cancellation in the text area and click on 'Submit' button. You can also click on order number to see the details & send your request for cancellation by 'Click here to enquire the order status' link.

Update My Profile
You can update your e-mail address, personal information, billing address by 'My Profile' link.

Chang your Login Password
You can change your login password by 'Change Password' link.

Previous Purchased History
You can get the previous Purchased history of your orders.

Personalized Address Book
In 'My Account' option, you can click on 'My Address Book' where you can store up-to 25 contacts and addresses for shipping.
