How To Track Order Status
On Tokenz you can track your order to know the current status. You can track your order by logging in to 'My Account' and click on 'Order History' option. All the orders placed on Tokenz have to follow a systematic procedure as Processing, Processed before it finally enters to the 'Shipped' state:
a) Processing: First stage which is the default status for your order and it comes as soon as order is placed.
b) Processed: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. We are ready with the product to deliver it as per your specifications.
c) Shipped: Means that your order has been successfully shipped from our end.
d) Cancelled: Means that your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods due to some constraints.
Canceling an Order
1. You can cancel your orders until those have not entered in the shipping process. You can cancel your orders till they are in the processing mode. If an order entered in processed mode then you can not cancel it.
